Our team will get back to you within 24 hours, to inform you if your referral is Eligible (your referral is Eligible only if the referred person is not an active customer of AllCheckDeals, i.e., he/she should not have been contacted by our sales staff in the last 7 days). Now if your Eligible Referral buys a property from AllCheckDeals, you earn ACD points which you can redeem for rewards shown below.

Q:2 How do I find out if my reference is eligible?

A: You will receive an email within 24 hours if your referral is not eligible. Please check your Junk Emails Folder as sometimes emails might land there. If you do not receive an email from us, your referral is Eligible automatically.

Q:3 : What will be the process of earning points?

A: For every successful referral (referral buys property from AllCheckDeals.com), you will earn ACD points. These points are added to your account.

Q:4 How many ACD points can I redeem at a point of time?

A: ACD points will be credited to your account as soon as the referral buys a property from AllCheckDeals.com (ie., completes all booking formalities with the builder, booking amount cheque is encashed by the builder). These points can be redeemed for items in the Reward catalogue. Bonus points can be redeemed once all the 5 of your referrals have completed the purchase of a property from AllCheckDeals.com.

Q:5 Do I have to redeem all ACD points for a single reward?

A: No. You can redeem your ACD points in a variety of ways. Some examples are 3500 Points = 2 GB Apple iPod Shuffle worth 3500 points or 9000 points = Godrej Washing Machine worth 7000 points + Philips MP3 Player worth 2000 points

Q:6 What is the process to redeem reward?

A: We have tied up with Rediff for our Reward Catalogue. We will help you create your account with Rediff. Your redeemable points will automatically appear in your profile and these can be used to purchase the items in the Reward Catalogue. Gifts are generally delivered within 15 days after the date of verification by customer service team.

Q:7 What will happen if my referral cancels the booking with the developer?

A: If a Referral cancels the booking with the developer, the points earned against the cancelled property will be dissolved. Bonus Points if any earned will also be dissolved.

• This scheme comes into effect from May 7, 2010.
• ACD points are the points earned under the Refer & Win Scheme of Allcheckdeals India Pvt ltd. or Allcheckdeals.com.
• ACD points cannot be exchanged against cash. Points are redeemable only against products, vouchers or services as featured in the catalogue.
• The warranty and guarantee as applicable on the products/vouchers is the sole responsibility of the vendors supplying the product or service. Allcheckdeals is not liable or responsible for any defect in the Product.
• Customer must contact manufacturer/vendor in case of any such product related complaint.
• All products/vouchers featured in rewards list are subject to availability of the goods.
• Goods/rewards once delivered can not be returned or cancelled by the customer.
• If ACD has not received any complaint of non-receipt of redeemed items within 7 days after courier dispatch, it shall be taken that the customer has received the redeemed items.
• Any damaged product need to be notified to our customer care within 2 days of receipt of reward, post which complaints will not be entertained.
• All products sent will be as per the description mentioned in the catalogue above, although there may be slight changes in color/model/features of the product.
• Selection of products offered for redemption is and will be at the sole discretion of ACD and is liable to change without the prior notice.
• Availability of the products and ACD points required for redemption in rewards catalogue are subject to change without prior notice.
• ACD points would automatically be removed from accumulated points in the account after the order of redemption.
• ACD reserves the right to update the ACD points system at any time.
• ACD reserves the right to change or cancel the Refer and win Scheme without prior notice. Redemption claim submitted prior to the effective date of the change or cancellation of the Scheme will be honored within 90 days in such case.
• In the event of a dispute between ACD and the customer on the reward offered, the decision of ACD shall be deemed as final and binding.
• This scheme is not valid if you avail any other referral benefit from allcheckdeals.com
• All logos or trademarks are owned by the company.
• ACD reserves the right to change and modify the terms and condition at any point of time without prior notices.
